Odaiba

A group of us hopped three different trains to get to Shiodome. There, we took the boat bus, or suijo to Odaiba. It was nice, the ride lasted around 20 minutes. We took lots of pictures, I managed to get one of the miniature statue of liberty - it's really small!
Me waiting at the port.

Can you see the tiny Statue of Liberty?
In Odaiba, we came across Tokyo Beach, which is a mall that has some of its outdoor parts on a boardwalk.
Reminds me of New York, minus a ton of buildings lol

This place was big! After maybe..three hours, we went on to Palette town, which is another shopping center.

We went inside the Outlet, which is designed to look like a neighborhood in Italy, complete with a sky that changes the later it gets in the day. It was so beautiful. We walked to the center, where there is a huge fountain and pretty lights..They had the most peaceful music playing.

Unfortunately, almost everything there was uber expensive, so we enjoyed the sights...and the lego store! After that, we got on the ferris wheel, which we caught just in time for the Tokyo Disney Land fireworks!

View of the city from the Ferris Wheel :-)

It was nice, to have those 16 minutes (exactly lol) of peace and appreciation for where we were and everything we got to see from up there. Afterwards we went to the Toyota showroom and then to this arcade spot. It was also huge. There we discovered a large pink pig (fake one) that you can ride. Jeanie rode the pig lol. It was cute!

They also had a pool/bowling combination game that was pretty cool. I played a taigon drum game. It's just like rock band but with a traditional Japanese drum (that I played to Japanese pop music). On the way out we passed two vending machines, one with perfume and the other with ear phones...so random.

We ended the night at McDonalds. I know, a bunch of Americans eating McDonalds blah blah typical blah. Hey, it's good out here too! And I'm pretty sure they season the nuggets...
